River Grille came to us looking for help with their social media strategy and outreach. While their following for a single small restaurant was decent, the engagement wasn't great and new followers were not coming easily. We created a strong plan of attack with daily posts, weekly games, follower interaction, giveaways, videos, gifs, events and bright fun branded graphics. We also created a huge catalogue of post-able content via regular media day photo shoots and video sessions. The vehicle to distribute the content came in the forms of mainly Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat, where most of their audience frequented.
Through mainly organic outreach, we were able to greatly increase their following and in-house event attendance has been higher than ever.
Here are some analytics exports showing the upward trending social growth, post reach, positive reactions and total reach over the past year of development.
Hundreds of original pieces of art and design posts were created. Here is a sample of some of the daily branded posts created for the restaurant that boosted organic reach, multiplied daily engagement and translated to more customers through the door.
